July was packed. I kept saying all summer, WE ARE SO BUSY! And I don't know how it's possible. But really, I love it. I choose to do these activities, I choose to take the kids places, and really chose to have the 3 kids! We started with our normal 4th of July fun, minus the parade thanks to some weather issues. Fireworks were also cancelled but we made the most of it with our own!
July continued with other normal July things: trip on the Saint Croix with friends, zoo trips, Cascade Bay, deck sitting, soccer, and a camel ride :)
Then finally Dean's rescheduled birthday party happened. The kids had a blast, and Gordie said it was the most fun place of his life :)
The rest of July (until the annual Aronson cabin trip) was more o f the summer same (boy do we love summer!) Splashy pads, birthday parties, hockey, soccer (US CUP!), baking together and time outside. Also the US Cup was SO cool (thanks usually cool July!) and the boys made it to Semis (only losing in a shoot out.)
Then of course was the annual Aronson extravaganza. The kids have all gotten older but nothing else has changed: Time together, bonfires, Little Nikki's (now Ponchos!), beach time, long walks, icecream, karaoke, and beautiful lake.
